More than 20 lakh acres of patta property were reportedly found at the Dharani site under the &#8220;prohibited&#8221; class, posing the biggest issue to landowners nationwide. Even though they were pattadars or Patta holders, the country government&#8217;s mistakes caused a lot of problems for land and property owners in Andhra Pradesh since they were no longer allowed to sell their properties. This comes up the question, what constitutes forbidden property?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>As you are aware, the land is a problem for India&#8217;s economy. As a result, states have the power to create rules and regulations regarding property ownership and name changes. States also make note of special land parcels that remain the property of the nation despite being made available to the general public on a leasehold basis. These are known as banned possessions. According to Section 22-A of the Indian Registration Act, 1908, properties that may be safeguarded inside the forbidden property list in India are governed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, government lands in Telangana that are poramboke, waqf, and barren are frequently included on the list of forbidden property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>States all over India have started to list prohibited homes whose sale is prohibited because those homes are owned by using country governments after times of encroachment of government land by using private events noticed an excessive rise amid large-scale urbanization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The custody of all forbidden properties must remain within the jurisdiction of the state, thus they cannot be given to a third birthday party by the current owner. In other words, even while the registration of a forbidden item is restricted, the owner isn&#8217;t necessarily free to sell it. As a result, it is unlawful to sell, register, or transfer forbidden property.
