We all know that homebuyers never have it so good.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some experts say,\n\u201cLower stamp duty may motivate fence-sitters, but won\u2019t be enough to push\ndemand as homebuyers were facing issues such as job insecurity in an uncertain\neconomic climate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>realty 2020<\/strong> has seen a notable decline in the first half of this calendar year in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/propertypistol.com\/broker-service\">residential property<\/a> <\/strong>sales across the major cities, while launches ceased temporarily on the miserable economic environment and muffled consumer sentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This proactive measure\ntaken by the <strong>Maharashtra government<\/strong>\nwas much needed.
