It was named so because it catered to the eastern neighbourhoods along the city&#8217;s natural harbour. Its termini are Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Goregaon and Panvel on the CSMT-Goregaon, CSMT-Panvel and Panvel-Goregaon routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The Harbour Line has a total of 43 stations, of which 24 are on the CSMT-Goregaon route, 12 on the CSMT-Panvel route, and 7 on the Panvel-Goregaon route. The line runs parallel to the Central Railway line till just before Sandhurst Road station where the line turns eastward and runs elevated up till Sewri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fares on the Harbour Line are based on the distance travelled. The minimum fare is \u20b92 and the maximum fare is \u20b950.
