The projects are located in Goregaon and Vikhroli. The Goregaon project has a total saleable area of 4.8 lakh square feet and the Vikhroli project has a total saleable area of 3.2 lakh square feet. The total investment for the two projects is estimated to be around Rs. 950 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The Goregaon project is a redevelopment of a 20-storey building with 180 flats. The project will be developed into a 40-storey building with 400 flats. The Vikhroli project is a redevelopment of a 15-storey building with 120 flats. The project will be developed into a 30-storey building with 300 flats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KPDL is a leading real estate developer in India. The company has a strong track record of developing and delivering quality projects. The acquisition of these two society redevelopment projects is a significant step for KPDL and it reflects the company&#8217;s commitment to the MMR region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two projects are expected to be completed in 4-5 years. Once completed, the projects will provide much-needed housing to the residents of Mumbai.
