India\u2019s real estate market is expected to reach USD 1 trillion by 2030 and contribute almost 13% to India\u2019s GDP by 2025, according to IBEF\u2019s Real Estate Industry Report. In comparison to the Nifty 50 Index over the past three months, six months, one year, three years, and five years, the real estate index has outperformed the Nifty 50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WiseX\u2019s investment approach combines revenue generation with high-potential gains, tailored for today\u2019s volatile market environment. This is accomplished by diversifying across multiple assets, including listed stocks, listed debt, and listed real estate investment trusts (REITs).
