The purpose of these NOCs is to guarantee that the developer&#8217;s construction plan is approved by the relevant authority.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absolute Sale Deeds and Title Deeds&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absolute sale deeds or title deeds are the documents that show the actual transfer of &#8220;Ownership&#8221; of the property.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreement to Sell&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This document includes all the information related to the sale of the property, including the description of the property and the conditions agreed upon by the buyer and seller, including the sale price.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khata Certificate&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This document is known as a &#8220;Khata certificate&#8221; in different states.
