Each of these sectors has contributed to the record-setting performance, albeit with varying degrees of success: Property<\/a> Tax: Despite falling short of the target of Rs 1,150 crore, property tax collection reached Rs 1,025.59 crore, a significant 10.13% increase from the previous year. This growth is notable as it\u2019s the first time property tax revenues have crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark in NDMC\u2019s history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
