This expansion is managed by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development\nAuthority (GNIDA) has appointed some architecture companies to handle urban\nplanning and design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According\nto chief executive Narendra Bhooshan,&nbsp;<strong>GNIDA<\/strong>&nbsp;shortlists\ncompanies to design flyovers, underpasses and industrial buildings.&nbsp;The\ncompany will be appointed directly for&nbsp;<strong>urban planning&nbsp;<\/strong>and designing its projects once the council has\nshortlisted them. Moreover, the chief executive further added that standard\namenities would be made available to residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The experts will assist the authority in real estate and infrastructure projects, site evaluation, structural audits, and putting up signage, street lighting, and maintaining the overall design of the place. More than 275 employees are engaged in contractual work and several vendors work on a contract basis with<strong>\u00a0GNIDA<\/strong>\u00a0for several operational tasks. According to the officials, five officials are available for architecture and urban planning and design work in the planning division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from 200 residential projects, the authority has more than 54,000 allottees who have purchased plots for building industries, commercial establishments, houses, and other institutions. Additionally, many people have taken properties under the Kisan Abadi Scheme.
