Just before you begin the decluttering process, you will need a few boxes or bags to contain all the clothes you will remove in the next few steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Remove all the unnecessary stuff <\/strong>: Just look around your home storage. You will surely find a pair of jeans or a shirt you don’t want to wear for the hundredth time. Or you may remember a sweater in a color that you didn’t like anymore. So just take some time and remove all those unnecessary kinds of stuff out.<\/li>
  2. Are there any clothes that do not fit you now? Just take them out.<\/strong>  <\/strong>If some clothes do not fit you anymore, try to reduce them as much as possible. Just keep a few if you really want them. But it’s better to donate if you have not used them for a while. Some people also store shoes in their closets. If you are one of those, you will indeed find 2-3 pairs that do not fit you anymore.   3. Arrange season-wise<\/strong>: If it’s summer, then the top priority should be summer clothes. Because this is the primary set of clothes, you are going to disturb them daily. So, keep all other clothes far away in the closet. Also, make sure you keep all those clothes in a separate section which you wear rarely. Also, keep all those special clothes in a separate section which you wear occasionally.<\/li>
  4. Before you rearrange everything properly<\/strong> : Now you have decided what to put and what to throw. Now the main task is to take all the clothes out from the closet (make sure you have already removed the unnecessary ones). Now quickly dust, vacuum, and wipe down the complete closet and then rearrange everything appropriately. <\/li>
