Despite the fact that the neighbourhood has managed to preserve its calm and peaceful surroundings in a city that is busy and fast-paced, Banjara Hills is home to some of the city&#8217;s top eateries, retail malls, and educational organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because there are no new projects in this well-established neighbourhood, homes may only be purchased on the secondary market as and when they become available. With security concerns at the forefront in the aftermath of the Coronavirus pandemic, more upper-class institutions are observed changing base to this tranquil region, while losing assets of bigger proportions in more inexpensive areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Jubilee_Hills\"><\/span><strong>2. Jubilee Hills<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Jubilee Hills, another of\nHyderabad&#8217;s priciest residential districts, is home to a number of actors,\npoliticians, and business magnates. Because there are no new developers in this\nwell-established region due to a lack of land, homes are only accessible in the\nsecondary market, if at all. HITEC City is an acronym for the\nHyderabad Information Technology and Engineering Consultancy City, and the name\nis self-explanatory. This region is not just the city&#8217;s IT nerve centre, but it\nis also a hub of healthcare and financial services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because there are so many new\ndevelopments in this area, purchasing a luxury home in this area is not as\ntough as it is in Banjara Hills or Jubilee Hills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Manikonda\"><\/span><strong>5. Manikonda<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Manikonda, which is home to\nseveral premium residential complexes, has emerged as a favourite choice for\nyoung and affluent professionals.
