Wood is literally used for a lot of things in India. Wood has helped us to design 60% of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertypistol.com\/\">our home<\/a>, which is the reason why today I am going to talk about how you could use wood effectively to design your safe haven. Let\u2019s have a look\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Best quality wood<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Use only the best quality of wood\nbecause that will last longer. If you use too many different types of colorful\nwood it just spoils the look and design you wish to showcase to your bedroom or\nliving room. As I said using wood that will last is more important so try using\nBurma Teak, which is so hard that it does not crack easily. You can use this\nwood for your flooring, windows as well as doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Wood if you have children around<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have children around playing\nall day then it is advisable to avoid light furniture, which can cause an unnecessary\nmishap. Try installing furniture which is slightly heavy and has round edges.\nAlso, you should make sure that your children don\u2019t lick the surface of the\nfurniture as it contains a chemical coating on it. Children are the masters of\nspilling if their hands get on sauces and juices. You cannot prevent your child\nfrom spilling but all you can do is clean your furniture with a thick coat of\nPolyurethane which keeps the wood clean and also protects it from corrosion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Products for keeping your wooden furniture clean<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wooden surfaces are often polished by\ncarpenters to make them look beautiful. If your furniture is very old and you\nwish to keep it maintained then some products will add life to your wooden\nfurniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>DUCO &amp; PU Paints<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>PU\/ Melamine <\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not wish to buy any such\nproducts then you can also use Lemon oil that has been made commercially can be\nused. A basic polish can be made by combining 1 cup olive oil with 1\/4 cup\nwhite vinegar. Pour it onto a clean cloth and wipe it into the wood in the\ndirection of the grain.
