Pitampura TV Tower was built in 1988 as part of a planned neighborhood developed by the Delhi Development Authority in the 1980s. The Dilli Haat Pitampura is also close to the TV tower. Pitampura has the highest property values among its neighborhoods due to its lush greenery and easy access to markets.
