The presence of well-known schools, hospitals,\nmalls, restaurants, and other amenities, as well as strong connectivity to\nemployment centres such as Kothrud, Baner, and Viman Nagar, are strengthening\nErandwane&#8217;s residential sector. Sadashiv Peth, Dattawadi, Sheela Vihar Colony,\nBudhwar Peth, and Gultekdi are some of the nearby residential neighbourhoods.\nFurthermore, Erandwane is primarily made up of residential units. Some\nwell-known residential developments in Erandwane include Kool Homes Galaxy,\nPinnacle Kalpataru, Mugdhali Apartment, and B.U. Bhandari Vasant. The well-known Savarkar Flyover in Kothrud is less\nthan one kilometre from Erandwane and links to two main arterials, Karve Road\nand Paud Road, offering good connectivity. The Shivajinagar Railway Station is\n4 kilometres away through Karve Road and Fergusson College Road, while the\nimportant Pune Junction (6 kilometres away) is accessible by Veer\nSantajiGhorpade Road.
