The Chembur-Wadala area in\nthe eastern suburbs is seeing significant growth as a result of infrastructural\ninitiatives. Mulund to Thane (especially Ghodbunder Road) and beyond is another\nsection worth observing. Due to many impending infrastructure developments over\nthe next five years, Ambernath, Neral, and Karjat on the Central Railway line\nare also attracting interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A property&#8217;s luxury\nquotient and return on investment (ROI) are frequently influenced by its\nlocation. The price of a home in most of these places is determined by the\nhouse&#8217;s quality, location, and infrastructural development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"25-50_lakhs_rupees\"><\/span><strong>25-50 lakhs rupees<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The\nideal places to buy would be Kalyan, Dombivli, Badlapur, Shahapur, Vasai-Virar\narea, and Kharghar,&#8221; says Rohit Poddar, managing director of Poddar\nProperty, in response to the rising demand for cheap housing. Leading\ndevelopers have projects available in these locations. If you&#8217;re looking for an\napartment around Rs 50 lakhs, seek outside Kalyan on the central line, at\nAmbernath and Badlapur, for decently sized 2-BHKs.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apartments in this price\nrange may also be found outside of Vasai, in districts such as Boisar and New\nPanvel in Navi Mumbai, which are accessible to Mumbai by train and road. Even\nin Mumbai&#8217;s expanded suburbs, Shah believes it will be tough to locate homes\nwithin a budget of Rs 25-50 lakhs. &#8220;Although one might stumble across a\n1RK or 1BHK flat in an ancient structure inside the extended suburbs like\nDahisar,&#8221; he notes, &#8220;the odds of doing so are quite unusual.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"50_lakhs_to_one_crore_rupees\"><\/span><strong>50 lakhs to one crore\nrupees<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A buyer may purchase a\n1-BHK inside the western suburbs from Goregaon to Dahisar, as well as in the\ncentre suburbs of Vikhroli and Bhandup, for this price. &#8220;Residences may be\nfound at Kharghar, Belapur, Nerul, and Sanpada in Navi Mumbai, as well as Borivli,\nDahisar, and Mira Road in the western suburbs. Manju Yagnik,\nvice-chairperson of the Nahar Group, believes that property purchasers in this\nprice range have lots of alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Luxury\nresidences in areas like Chandivali, Andheri, Kanjurmarg, and Bhandup are\nequivalent to homes in high-end south Mumbai localities,&#8221; adds Yagnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;One may acquire a 1-BHK mostly around Mahim, Dadar, and Parel, and a 2-BHK in the suburbs from Andheri to Dahisar, and in the central suburbs between Vikhroli to Mulund,&#8221; says Raj Gala Shah, director at Zara Habitats.
