Dilshad Garden is part of the legislative assembly&#8217;s Shahdara and Seemapuri constituencies. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, a portion of Dilshad Garden is administered by Seemapuri Vidhansabha MLA Shri Rajender Pal Gautam, while the remainder is administered by Shahdara Vidhansabha MLA Shri Ram Niwas Goyal. Dilshad Garden is a residential area in New Delhi&#8217;s North East. The neighborhood has slowly evolved over the years, but it is currently regarded as one of New Delhi&#8217;s greatest neighborhoods. Dilshad Garden is separated into various blocks, beginning with A and ending with R, as well as several pockets, A to SG. There is a market and a park on each block. The most prevalent room arrangement in this neighborhood is 2 BHK, which accounts for around half of all residences for sale. Multistorey Apartments make up 59 percent of the buildings in Dilshad Garden. It&#8217;s a great place to live because it&#8217;s close to everything you need. Excellent Networking and Internal roads are narrow, and parking is a problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Connectivity\"><\/span><strong>Connectivity <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cross River Mall, Unity One Mall, and Mahagun Metro Mall are all within a 7-kilometer radius of the neighborhood. Other social facilities in the neighborhood include parks for recreation and sports complexes. Within a 2-kilometer radius, you&#8217;ll find McDonald&#8217;s, Burger King, Domino&#8217;s, Haldiram&#8217;s, and many other restaurants. Dilshad Garden is around 3 km from Shahdara and almost 4 km from Anand Vihar Interstate Bus Terminus and Railway Station. Dilshad Garden and Jhilmil are the nearest metro stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Social_Amenities\"><\/span><strong>Social\nAmenities <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>With schools like Hansraj Smarak\nSchool, Greenways Modern School, and Red Cross Society School, as well as\nuniversities like University College of Medical Sciences and Florence\nNightingale College of Nursing, it is a strong educational cluster. Residents\nhave Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Swami Dayanand Hospital, and Jivan Jyoti Hospital\njust next door for any medical emergencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Developments\"><\/span><strong>Developments <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The Delhi Metro&#8217;s Red Line was the first corridor to open, and it&#8217;s about to undergo a huge renovation.
