The government, on the other hand, intends to finish the project ahead\nof schedule. The project is expected to be completed in March of 2022. Last year&#8217;s\nbudget included funding for the Uttar Pradesh Defence Corridor in the amount of\nRs 3,700 crores. The Expressway will connect the nodes of the Uttar Pradesh\nDefense Industrial Corridor, which the national government announced in\nFebruary 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ninitiative, which would cost Rs 15,000 crores, is anticipated to transform\npeople&#8217;s lives throughout the region. PM Modi, who laid the project&#8217;s foundation\nstone, said the highway will improve connectivity between the region and\nservices in larger cities, allowing thousands of citizens to relocate more\neasily in search of better work prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Project_Timeline\"><\/span><strong>Project Timeline<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nApril 2017, the Yogi Adityanath-led administration presented their proposal for\nthe forthcoming expressway, intending to improve the economy and connectivity\nin Uttar Pradesh&#8217;s interiors. The project began in late 2019 to finish in the\nnext 30 months. 90% of the land required for the project has already been\nbought by 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Use_of_Advanced_Technology\"><\/span><strong>Use of Advanced Technology <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The bridge is being constructed with advanced technologies.
