The top limit is between Rs. 11,000 to Rs. 12000 per square foot. The cost of a home in North West Delhi starts at roughly 6.00 lacs. Property in North West Delhi costs an average of Rs. 1.10 crore. The Blue and Green lines are two\nimportant metro lines that go through this area. There are a few railway\nstations in the area from where you may travel to other parts of Delhi NCR.\nHowever, several long-distance trains pass through this zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Social_Amenities\"><\/span><strong>Social\nAmenities <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several great restaurants in\nthe area, as well as a few five-star hotels. Over time, West Delhi&#8217;s\ninfrastructure has vastly improved. This section is suitable for people of all\nsocial classes. It is fair to state that this area of Delhi is home to the bulk\nof Punjabis. Punjabi families may be found at Tilak Nagar, Rajouri Garden,\nRamesh Nagar, Vikas Puri, Moti Nagar, and Kriti Nagar.
