Tingre Nagar, Yerawada, Phulenagar, Khadki, and the Mula River around it. It has become a popular residential location for those who work in the adjacent office buildings. Other significant elements fueling demand include good connection to the city centre and the availability of enough infrastructure. This region is served by buses operated by Pune\nMahanagarParivahanMahamandal Limited (PMPML). In addition, the Pune\nInternational Airport is just around 4 kilometres distant (10-15 minutes), and\nthe main Pune Junction station is about 7 kilometres away (25-30 minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Social_retail_infra\"><\/span><strong>Social &amp; retail infra<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In and around the\nneighbourhood, there are a variety of schools, hospitals, and shopping\ncomplexes. Within 6 kilometres of Vishrantwadi are Symbiosis International\nSchool, VIBGYOR High School, Serene Hospital, Vinod Memorial Multispeciality\nHospital, Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, Jai Ganesh Vishwa Complex,\nShoppers Orbit Mall, Phoenix Market City, and VasconMariplex Mall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Employment_centres_in_the_area\"><\/span><strong>Employment centres in the\narea<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Multiple office centres in the adjacent regions of Yerawada, Kalyani Nagar, Kharadi, and Magarpatta are within walking distance. Commerzone IT Park (2.5 km), Business Bay (4 km), Tech Park One (4 km), Cerebrum IT Park (6.5 km), and Marisoft IT Park are only a few of the nearby business parks (6 km).
