Manneguda and Bongulur are the closest towns to Adibatla. This area&#8217;s housing possibilities include plots, lands, flats, residential houses, and villas. Whereas, if we talk about Kokapet, it is a Telangana area within the administration of the Ranga Reddy District, is also regarded as an extension of the Financial District. Narsingi-Nanakramguda Road connects Kokapet to Gachibowli. It is near Gandhipet and Hyderabad&#8217;s international airport. Kokapet is bordered by Narsingi, Alkapur Township, and Manchirevula. Nanakramguda Financial District (47Km), Gachibowli (49Km), and Manikonda (49Km) are all accessible through the Nehru Outer Ring Road, while Madhapur (48Km) can be accessed by the PV Narasimha Rao Expressway in Adibatla. Meanwhile, Kokapet is conveniently located near the city&#8217;s major job centers. Gachibowli is approximately 15 minutes away from here, while HITEC City is about 30 minutes away. When using ISB Road, the Financial District is only 4.7 kilometers away.
