With no shortage of waterfront buildings, one region in Abu Dhabi has piqued the curiosity of users more than others: Al Reem Island. On the other hand, Al Raha is an Abu Dhabi mixed-use development and renowned recreational resort. It is separated into two precincts, Al Raha Beach and Al Raha Gardens, which are further subdivided into 11 sub-communities. Al Raha Beach lies closer to the seashore on a public beach along Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street, E10, which connects the city to Dubai. Rental\ncosts for four-bedroom apartments in Al Reem Island range between AED 180,000\nand AED 270,000 per year. A 5-bedroom apartment may be rented for AED 250k per\nyear. While singles and young professionals looking to relocate might discover\nstudio apartments in Al Raha Beach for an average yearly rent of AED 62k and\n1-bedroom flats for AED 76k. The covered space for studios ranges from 530 to\n650 sq. ft., whereas 1-bed apartments are typically 800 sq. ft. Residents may live a pleasant lifestyle\nwith quality amenities right outside their door. During peak hours, the bridges\nlinking Al Reem Island Abu Dhabi to the main city can get clogged. Ongoing\nbuilding in the neighborhood is also fairly large, which means that while\nhomeowners will ultimately have access to even more world-class amenities, they\nwill also have to live near a construction site. However, as a resident, you\ncan be certain that after everything is said and done, the new projects will\nonly make the region a better place to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, Al Raha Seaside residents enjoy excellent amenities as well as a lovely beach neighborhood to call home. However, there are a few things to think about before packing your belongings and moving to this beautiful region. While there are children&#8217;s play spaces in the villages of Al Muneera and Al Zeina, Al Raha Beach does not yet have its public park. In terms of parking places in the region, homeowners can park their automobiles in specified areas, but visitors must pay to park. Another source of irritation is the ongoing building in the region. Some community projects are still in the works, therefore there are a few building sites near Al Raha Beach.
