As per the new rule, apartment owners who have more than two flats in the housing society will now have to pay 18% GST, if their monthly maintenance contribution to RWA (Resident Welfare Association) exceeds Rs. 7,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertypistol.com\/builder-service\">Builders<\/a> who offer subvention scheme or other EMI related schemes in order to attract customer will be affected. Now builders cannot&nbsp;pay EMI on behalf of the buyer.
