The Rajiv Gandhi Information and Technology (IT) Park in Hinjewadi is close by.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Rahatni, Ravet, and Punawale villages,\nwhich are close to the IT Park, have also seen a surge in development activity.\nChikhli and Moshi are two more locations on the other side of Pimpri Chinchwad\nthat have seen a lot of development activity. The yearly income of the Pimpri\nChinchwad Municipal Corporation&#8217;s (PCMC) building permit department in 2016-17\ndemonstrates this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of their closeness to Hinjewadi IT\nPark, the villages of Sangvi, Pimple Saudagar, Pimple Nilakh, and Wakad have\nseen rapid growth in the last decade, with hundreds of IT professionals buying\napartments in these villages (fringe areas). In Pimple Saudagar, the\nconstruction permit department earns Rs 14.39 crore per year, whereas in Wakad,\nit earns Rs 70.68 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rahatni, Ravet, and Punawale, which are\nalso near to the Hinjewadi IT Park, are seeing a surge in building activity as\nthe previously agricultural and open space is converted into a concrete jungle\nby new housing and commercial complexes. Ravet is the city&#8217;s\nsecond-fastest-growing periphery region, with the department earning the\nsecond-highest revenue of Rs 29.97 crore. Punawale is lagging behind, with the\nconstruction permit department generating Rs 23.82 crore in the current fiscal\nyear. Rahatni, which is close to Pimple Saudagar, has seen fast development as\nwell, with the department receiving Rs 22.84 crore annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chikhli, which is close to Talawade IT Park\nas well as the industrial belts of Pimpri, Chinchwad, and Bhosari, has seen a\nlot of growth, with the construction department receiving Rs 28.24 crore every\nyear. Because the Pune-Nashik highway runs through Moshi, which is located\nbeside the Indrayani River, it has seen considerable growth. Furthermore, it is\nnear to the Pimpri, Chinchwad, and Bhosari industrial belts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The market costs of apartments and\nland in Chikhli and Moshi are low compared to other regions of Pimpri Chinchwad\ncity,&#8221; said Ayubkhan Pathan, joint city engineer. As a result, buyers\nlooking for a bargain house are flocking to this area.
