Vashi and Panvel have business complexes\nthat are only 18 and 21 minutes distant, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_Panvel\"><\/span><strong>New Panvel<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Locals refer to New Panvel as Khanda Colony since it was built on marshy plains by the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) in response to land shortage difficulties in Panvel. As a result, New Panvel has benefited from careful planning, as opposed to Panvel, which evolved more haphazardly in response to rising population numbers. The majority of New Panvel&#8217;s inventory is made up of residential flats. Kharghar also benefits from the wealth of nature, with wide swaths of green area and good weather. Apartments make up the majority of the residential inventory in Kharghar. According to the Mumbai Insite Report for October and December 2020, average rental requests are approximately Rs 19 per sq ft. Between Rs 7,200 and Rs 15,000 per month, well-built 1 BHK flats with a carpeted space of 380 sq ft to 800 sq ft are available for rent. After Vashi, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Nariman Point, and Worli, Kharghar is around eight minutes away from the Central Business District Belapur (CBD Belapur).
