In\naddition, the area&#8217;s rental desirability is boosted by its closeness to\nemployment areas such as Airoli Knowledge Park, Mindspace Technology Park, and\nTTC Industrial Area. In July-September 2021, the neighbourhood generated a 2.65\npercent yearly rental yield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Belapur\"><\/span><strong>Belapur<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Belapur is recognised for its commercial sector, which has\nmultiple IT parks, including Mindspace Juinagar and Vishwaroop IT Park,&#8221;\nsays Hemant Kumar, Proprietor, Navi Mumbai Property Consultancy. As a result,\nthere is usually a strong rental demand in the neighbourhood. Palm Beach Road\ngives easy access to different sections of Navi Mumbai and Mumbai in terms of\nconnectivity. The area&#8217;s attractiveness score is projected to be boosted by\nunder-construction connection projects such as the Navi Mumbai International\nAirport and the Navi Mumbai Metro.&#8221; Belapur had a year-over-year rental\nyield of 2.6 percent in July-September 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ghansoli\"><\/span><strong>Ghansoli<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghansoli, which is close to the Reliance\nGroup Campus and the Electronic Zone, is a favourite hangout for corporate\nworkers. Travel to the district is made easier by a dedicated Ghansoli Railway\nStation and local buses operated by the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and\nTransport (BEST). While the area&#8217;s rental yield is 2.55 percent, it is expected\nto rise further with the completion of Line 1 of the Navi Mumbai Metro, which\nwill include a stop in Ghansoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These five locations are predicted to generate strong profits, with an annual rental yield of above 2.5 percent.
