The area,\nwhich has primarily 2 BHK setups in gated communities, is very common among\nyoung professionals. Many residents in Noida scored Sector 34 highest for its\nseamless access via Sectors 18 and 51 Metro stations and solid link road\nnetwork when 99acres asked them to assess the neighbourhood on key aspects like\nas connectivity, safety, amenities, lifestyle, and environment. Many reviews,\nhowever, have raised worries about power outages throughout the summer and\ndrainage difficulties. From January to March 2020 to January to March 2021,\naverage property prices in Sector 34 increased by almost 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sector_37\"><\/span>Sector 37<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sector 37 in central Noida produced 3.10 percent rental yield YoY,\nwith a combination of high flats and ground level apartments in the prepared\ncategory. The Sector is near to the major economic areas of Sector 18 and\nElectronic City and is home to many retired Indian Armed Forces personnel. The\nmost popular residential inventory in Sector 37 is three-bedroom units. Because\nof its proximity to the Botanical Metro station, the neighbourhood received the\ngreatest connection rating from most reviewers. Aside from that, reliable power\nand water system, as well as well-maintained roads, are key pluses. A dedicated Blue Line metro station, as well as comparatively low\ninvestment and rental costs, have improved the area&#8217;s residential desirability.\nAlthough purchase costs in Sector 76 average Rs 4,800 per sq ft, monthly\nrentals for a two-bedroom home range from 11,000 to 12,000 rupees.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sector_100\"><\/span>Sector 100 <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sector 100 achieved a rental yield of 3.10\npercent due to its proximity to the renowned Amity University and employment\ncentres such as ETT, NSEZ, and Advant Navis Business Park. &#8220;Sector 100 is\nvery well connected via Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Dadri Main\nRoad,&#8221; said Ajay, a previous resident, when analysing the area.
