It&#8217;s little wonder that\nseasoned real estate figures have frequently selected the city for their\nambitious ideas, and investors and purchasers both have shared their\nenthusiasm. Following COVID-19, meanwhile, homebuyers&#8217; attention has shifted to\nproperties that are ready to move into or are nearing the end. This is a low-density project with just 3 BHK flats\nspread over three towers of 24 stories each, with great access through National\nHighway (NH) 48 and Dwarka Expressway. A residential apartment at Emaar Palm\nHeights is available for Rs 1.3 crore (exclusive of government charges). There\nare around 40 facilities inside the property, along with a preschool, cr\u00e8che\nand childcare facilities, a conference lounge, and an auditorium, to name a\nfew. It takes around 15-20 minutes to go to DLF Cyber City, MG Road, and IMT Manesar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ambience Creacions- Sector\n22<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambience Creacions, which is set to open in\nMarch 2022, will feature 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom apartments. A\nstate-of-the-art wastewater recycling facility and a hydraulically\nhigh-pressure water framework are part of the project. Ambience Creacions has\n880 units spread across 20 towers, with over 60% open space. The base price of\na unit, exclusive of government taxes, is Rs 1.75 crore. A doctor on call,\nhealth centre, food court, business lounge, meeting room, and cafe are just a\nseveral of the 77 facilities included in the venture in terms of convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alok Paswan, Proprietor, Hari Om Properties, sheds some insight on\nthe site, stating that Sector 22&#8217;s strategic location drives the majority of\nhouse sales in the area. Because the sector is close to NH-48, Manesar, a major\nindustrial centre in the NCR, is conveniently accessible. In addition, DLF\nCyber City is about five kilometres away.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Smart_World_Orchard-_Sector_61\"><\/span><strong>Smart World Orchard-\nSector 61<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Smart World Orchard, which is situated all along Golf Course\nExtension Road, is part of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) and thus it\nis scheduled to be completed by December 2020. The venture has a sleek\nfour-story structure with 800 units in 2- and 3-bedroom combinations. Every\napartment has its own office and patio. This project&#8217;s centrepiece is a\n20,000-square-foot podium level clubhouse with a salon, meeting room, and\nswimming pool, amongst other amenities. Smart World Orchard&#8217;s prices range from\nRs 1.46 crore to Rs 1.85 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ATS_Marigold-_Sector_89A\"><\/span><strong>ATS Marigold- Sector 89A<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting August 2023, occupancy in ATS Marigold is planned to\ncommence. The site&#8217;s major amenities feature 100 percent backup power, an\nacupressure park, and a shopping complex, among many others, all designed in\naccordance with Spanish design. The residential complex is located along the\nDwarka Expressway, allowing for simple and smooth communication with the\nNational Capital Region. The property provides 428 three-bedroom homes, each\npriced at Rs 1.13 crore. From January 2021, property prices in ATS Marigold\nhave increased by more than 6% YoY. Its closeness of IMT Manesar and the\nanticipated Yellow Line metro expansion to Manesar are two major demand drivers\nin this region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Godrej_Nature_Plus-_Sohna_Road\"><\/span><strong>Godrej Nature Plus- Sohna\nRoad<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Godrej Nature Plus has 1,200 housing properties\nscattered across 13 22-story buildings, featuring 70 percent open area. Each of\nthe flats in this building are corner apartments with unobstructed windows of\nthe metropolis. Those certain notable features of the project include a\nsix-acre themed Central Green and a bulgur alert system. The complex, which is\nexpected to be completed in June 2024, offers 2- and 3-bedroom units priced\nbetween Rs 1.02-1.19 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Sohna Road enjoys connectivity with Manesar and Faridabad and well-caters to educated, working professionals,&#8221; says Ajay Taneja, Proprietor, Agnayi Realtors, of the project&#8217;s strategic location. Because of the cheaper renting costs, several IT businesses are establishing themselves throughout this region.
