According to the Telangana Non-Agricultural Lands Assessment Act (NALA), agricultural land can only be converted for non-agricultural purposes with the help of obtaining prior authorization from the appropriate authorities. In this post, we look at the land conversion procedure of <a href=\"https:\/\/propertypistol.com\/hyderabad\">Hyderabad<\/a>. Within the year 1963, the Non-Agricultural Lands Assessment Act was passed. Hyderabad&#8217;s NALA modifies the mechanism for converting agricultural land to non-agricultural land. Growing any crop or lawn produce, trees, or grassland, according to NALA, is agricultural land. Any commerce, trade, or commercial venture is a business motive. The industrial\u00a0motive method is the process of creating any object with the use of electricity, which is any form of energy that is no longer created by humans\u00a0or animal organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow\nthe steps below to convert agricultural land into non-agricultural land in Hyderabad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>File a request for land conversion : The landowner wants&nbsp;to install a land conversion system using MeeSevacenters. Inside the conversion form, fill in all of the information like your Adhaar card number, survey number, and so on!<\/li><li>Send out a request for proposals : An equipped authority (Revenue inspector) will issue a word of call once the software has been approved. The receipt of the charge for land conversion will be sent by the MeeSeva operator.<\/li><li>Payment assessment : The assessment must be paid within 30 days after the provider&#8217;s call for word. A challan is used by the landowner to pay a one-time conversion tax to the government. Obtain a duplicate of the challan after paying the tax. After collecting the tax fee, the Revenue officer will issue certificates within 30 days. <\/li><li>Conversion of land : After receiving the certifications, the proprietor can convert the agricultural property to non-agricultural uses, such as industrial, commercial, and residential uses.<\/li><li>Inspection with the help of a Competent Authority : The Revenue Inspector will investigate and grade the agricultural land that has been changed.
