As the name implies, security deposits are frequently accumulated to provide the owner with a layer of financial security if the renters fail to pay their rent or do any damage to the property during their stay. In addition, the renters will be responsible\nfor daily cleaning, drain cleaning, switch and plug maintenance, existing\nkitchen repairs, replacement of glass windows&nbsp;and doors, garden and open\nspace protection, and normal wear and tear within the residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It must be signed by both the <a href=\"https:\/\/propertypistol.com\/mumbai\/rent\">tenant<\/a> and the landlord. The settlement must include the amount of the safety deposit. To be legally binding, this agreement must be recorded at the sub-office. registrars.
