Stores are within easy reach, allowing for easy convenience to everyday\nneeds.&#8221; Furthermore, the majority of Sector-37&#8217;s residents are former Army\npersonnel, adding to the area&#8217;s notoriety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However people continue to be concerned about unlawful traffic and\nparking, upcoming planned expansion of the Dadri-Surajpur-Chhalera (DSC) Road\nis likely to alleviate the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sector-78\"><\/span><strong>Sector-78<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Sector-78, which is situated in Central Noida, is one of the Noida\nMaster Plan 2031&#8217;s residential real estate cluster. Sector -78 has 2-4 BHK homes with an average property value of Rs\n5,900 per sq. ft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sector-62\"><\/span><strong>Sector-62<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Sector-62, which is located along the\nNational Highway (NH)-24, is a well-established neighbourhood featuring\ndistinct residential, commercial, and educational zones, all of which add\ntowards the housing market. Nearly majority of the complexes are Cooperative\nGroup Housing Societies (CGHS), which provide multi-story 2- and 3-bedroom\nflats. Because of the abundance of retail outlets, salons, and marketplaces,\nthe area continues to be flooded with youngsters.
