“Enquiries for residential plots have been pouring in largely\nfrom Karnataka residents,” Tanzeel Ahmed, Owner, Ahmed Real Estate,\nBangalore, says, reiterating the trend. People in the IT business tended to\nfavor ready-to-move-in flats because they were easier to sell. But, following\nCOVID-19, areas in East Bangalore such as Banaswadi, HBR Layout, and T C Palaya\nare now seeing unprecedented demand in housing plots. Land is currently\nattracting both end-users and investors.Whitefield, Devanahalli, and Jigani\nhave planned projects that are inviting investors from all walks of life.\nElectronic City in South Bangalore has seen an increase in the supply of\nresidential projects, particularly planned complexes, because to the prominent\nIT centers in the area. IVC Road, Hennur, Rachenahalli, and Shettigere in North\nBangalore remained popular among real estate investors. Although a 1000 sq ft\nland in North Bangalore costs around Rs 35 and Rs 40 lakh, a comparable plot in\nEast Bangalore costs between Rs 30-35 lakh.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
