Land is currently\nattracting both end-users and investors.Whitefield, Devanahalli, and Jigani\nhave planned projects that are inviting investors from all walks of life.\nElectronic City in South Bangalore has seen an increase in the supply of\nresidential projects, particularly planned complexes, because to the prominent\nIT centers in the area. IVC Road, Hennur, Rachenahalli, and Shettigere in North\nBangalore remained popular among real estate investors.
