The Indian government has approved\nthree routes for this proposed route project in March of this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tughlakabad to Aerocity, Maujpur to Mukundpur,\nand Janakpuri West to R.K. Ashram are among the routes available. The distance\nbetween Delhi Metro Phases 4 and 5 is roughly 61.679 kilometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction of these corridors was supposed to begin in 2017,\nand yet due to numerous hold ups, it only started in December 2019. The Delhi\nmetro&#8217;s phase 4 project is expected to serve 1.5 million commuters each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Real_Estate_Impact_of_Phase_4_of_the_Delhi_Metro\"><\/span><strong>The Real Estate Impact of\nPhase 4 of the Delhi Metro<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The Delhi Metro&#8217;s fourth phase will make\ntravel easier and boost the National Capital Region&#8217;s real estate. The fourth\nphase of the Delhi Metro has been granted, and its disclosure will benefit not\njust the financial market but also the rental market in the years ahead. Since\nthe beginning of building, the property worth of the capital market has\nincreased. Nevertheless, due to the obvious link, the rental market is\nprojected to gather momentum after the work is finished. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The real estate market is expected to expand all around planned routes, as according to analysts.
