Preet Vihar, an upmarket residential community on Vikas Marg, is a well-connected area in East Delhi, just minutes away from the city&#8217;s core -Connaught Place! This posh neighborhood is recognized for its economic complex near Preet Vihar Metro Station, Shiv Mandir, adjacent academic institutes, and several beautiful sites. That is without a doubt one of the best places to stay, folks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The region&#8217;s metro and street\nconnections are fantastic. It is situated alongside Vikas Marg Road and is\nserved by a dedicated metro station on the Delhi Metro&#8217;s Blue Line, which runs\nbetween Vaishali and Dwarka. The Anand Vihar ISBT is roughly six kilometers\naway, the Anand Vihar railway station is five kilometers away, and the New\nDelhi Railway Station is nine kilometers away. Within an hour&#8217;s drive,\nresidents can reach the IGI Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preet Vihar is a popular neighborhood that specializes in independent homes and builder ground units, the majority of which are recently constructed and well-equipped with modern-day facilities. Because Laxmi Nagar, a well-known educational, industrial, and retail district, is only 4 kilometers from Preet Vihar, a huge number of college students and running specialists live here, and demand for 1 and 2 BHK flats is high, as is availability. Three-bedroom homes are also available; however, they are particularly sought after by large families. Monthly rates for flats start at Rs 10,000 while Paying Guests\u2019 motels in good supply start at Rs 5,000 per bed. Preet Vihar is a high-rise neighborhood with several prestigious schools in the area. Several industrial facilities are also nearby, and practically every financial institution, including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, and Union Bank, has a branch here.
