The partition document will ensure that the assets are divided according to the percentage possessed by way of means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co-owners become criminal proprietors in their respective percentages after the deed is signed, and they are free to sell, transfer, or present the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, if the joint owners of the assets aren&#8217;t on the same page about its division, the best litigation must be launched within the court. This may be observed by executing a partition deed on stamp paper, which specifies the fraction of each co-owner of the assets.
