The neighborhood has seen consistent residential development in recent years, mostly in the form of multi-story rental buildings. Sound connectivity and closeness to the Hinjewadi employment zone are two significant factors driving real estate growth in the area. Mahalunge, Baner, Pashan, and Balewadi are some of the other places that might be close to Sus. Pinnacle Neelanchal, Vilas Javdekar Yashwin Anand, Pate Life Montage, Sukhwani Panorama, and Atul Western Hills Phase 2 are some of the key residential projects in the area, both completed and under development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The Pashan-Sus Road, Mumbai Highway (NH-48), and Baner Road all connect Sus. Pune Junction and Pune International Airport are 14 and 21 kilometers distant, respectively, for long-distance connections. Within the city, public transit is available in the form of buses and taxis. Buses offered by the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) pass-through this region, connecting Sus to several major locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vidya Valley School, Dhruv Global School, and VIBGYOR High School are just a few of the outstanding schools in the area. Numerous hospitals, including Vitalife Medipoint Hospital, Jupiter Hospital, and Ruby Hall Clinic, are located near Sus. In addition, the neighborhood contains a few businesses and shops where daily family needs may be met. Moreover, several shopping malls, such as Pantaloons, Westend Mall, Westside, D Mart, and Primrose Mall, are strategically located within 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The area is around 12 kilometers from Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi, and it takes 20-25 minutes to get there. Numerous IT parks and enterprise towers, including well-known IT\/ITeS and BPO firms, as well as a few car and biotechnology firms, make up this large employment region.
