{"id":7764,"date":"2022-06-27T15:05:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T15:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.propertypistol.com\/blog\/?p=7764"},"modified":"2022-06-27T15:05:01","modified_gmt":"2022-06-27T15:05:01","slug":"dubai-real-estate-transactions-have-reached-a-13-year-high","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.propertypistol.com\/blog\/dubai-real-estate-transactions-have-reached-a-13-year-high\/","title":{"rendered":"Dubai real estate transactions have reached a 13-year high"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Following the completion of Expo 2020, Dubai experienced 6,983 actual property revenue transactions of $4.nine billion (AED 18.2 billion) in April 2022, the most for the month since 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Secondary marketplace income sales accounted for 60% of the total, with 4,212 deals worth AED 12.86 billion, while off-plan homes accounted for 40%, with 2,771 units for a total of AED 5.33 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scott Bond, UAE Country Manager at Property Finder, commented on the market: &#8220;All eyes have been on the actual property overall performance put up Expo 2020, and with April 2022 acting the best since 2009, the data is a strong testimony to the developing enchantment for the Dubai Real Estate Market.&#8221; &#8220;We also notice a tremendous feeling for financing opportunities as a result of several governmental measures, such as the most recent new classes added to the Golden Visa regulations, making Dubai&#8217;s houses one of the most preferred funding property for the long term.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>April 2022 had 45.48 percent more transactions than April 2021, resulting in a 66.62 percent increase in value. This assumed a 46.2 percent increase in secondary quantity and a 63.86 percent increase in value. Off-plan houses had a 44 percent increase in revenue transactions and a 73.68 percent increase in value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Property Finder&#8217;s exclusive request for statistics, the most popular areas of interest in terms of transactions for villas\/townhouses in April 2022 were Dubai Hills Estate, Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, and Damac Hills (Akoya through DAMAC), and The Springs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the same period, the most popular residential areas were Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, and Jumeirah Village Circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Disclaimer:&nbsp;<\/strong>The views expressed above are for informational purposes only based on industry reports and related news stories.
