The further north we travel, the more inexpensive it becomes as we get farther away from the high town area and the neighboring railroad stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although one may get a home under $1 crore in Thane and Navi Mumbai, the size could be lesser starting at 350 to 400 square feet of carpet area, he noted. Thane and Navi Mumbai are higher up than other peripheral locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the locations that provide homes under $1 crore include Ulhasnagar, Bhiwandi, Ambernath, Navi Mumbai, Sanpada, and Nerul, which one may look at in more detail.
