Most house constructions have three bedrooms and are priced at Rs 5,500 per square foot. Furthermore, many residential societies in the area provide grocery stores, pharmacies, salons, stationery, cafes, and dairy alternatives, which adds to residents&#8217; convenience. The annual rental yield in the neighbourhood is 2% as of Q1 2022, while the yearly price rise is roughly 4%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumit Kumar, a resident, observed that the sector is progressively increasing and has a &#8220;satisfying means of transportation,&#8221; &#8220;ample stores nearby,&#8221; and &#8220;a safe atmosphere.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Noida, Sector 151<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sector 151 is a new residential area with multi-story flats starting at Rs 4,000 per square foot. Home prices in this area have risen by more than 14% year on year. The region is located along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the Sector 148 Aqua Metro Line station is around eight kilometres away.
