The market value of a property is the assessed worth of land or property in a location by the State government. The property can be sold for less or more than the market value at the owner’s choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

In Andhra Pradesh (AP), the market value of land is determined in order to calculate stamp duty and registration fees. If a property’s valuation is less than its market value, the latter is used to calculate registration costs. If the estimate exceeds the market value, the seller’s value is used to calculate registration fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
