According to the DDA official, the scheme will most likelyto have 5,000 flats of which 1,000 are luxury units. A total of 1,114 flats would be constructed, which may include 14 penthouses, 168 super HIG and 932 HIG flats.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the officials, the proposed flats will be available at inexpensive prices compared to the prevalent market rate.\u00a0 The move is anticipated to help the authority fund more affordable housing projects in the city under other housing schemes in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is predicted that\nthe authority in the process of constructing about 48,000 flats to be completed\nwithin the next two years. As a part of the housing scheme 2020, the proposed\npenthouses and HIG flats in Dwarka are also speculated to be structured by the\nend of 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does DDA online application works?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DDA had digitized the process of filling the application form for the housing scheme 2019. The authority is predicted to opt for the same mechanism for the next housing scheme. May it be in his\/her own name or the name of his\/her wife\/husband\/minor dependent children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;The applicant should be a citizen of India and over 18 years of age. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;A person who has already been allotted a house\/flat constructed by  DDA cannot apply for a home under the scheme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking at the trend from the previous scheme the last date for applying under the housing scheme would be around May-end 2020.
