Ennore, Chennai<\/a>, a seaside town inside the town’s northern suburb, is well known for its thermal power plants, commercial projects, commercial ports, coal yards, and fertilizer industries. The neighborhood is situated on a peninsula and is encircled by Korttalaiyar, Ennore Creek, and the Bay of Bengal. The 400 m long and 2.6 km wide Creek is situated 2.6 km south of the Ennore Port and 20 km north of the town center. Ennore Beach, Ennore Port Chennai, Veera Aqua, Tiruvottiyur Beach, and Thirumanangal Eswarar – ThiruvudaiAmman Temple are just a few of the well-known attractions in the area. An excellent location for investing in commercial real estate is Ennore, a flourishing business district in Chennai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Only 2.6 kilometers separate Ennore Creek in the north from Ennore Port, which is located in Chennai’s northeastern corner. On February 1st, 2001, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who was India’s then-prime minister, gave his approval for the Ennore Port. The port was also erected under the Companies Act, and in March 1999 it was designated as a principal port under the Indian Ports Act of 1908. The port was added as Ennore Port Limited under the Companies Act of 1956 in October 1999. The port dealt with thermal coal that could satisfy the demands of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. Additionally, a sizable land area of around 2000 acres was given to the port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
