Designation: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) Department: Primary Sales Reports to: Sales Manager Location: Bangalore Role Objective: We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join our Primary Sales team in Bangalore as an Assistant Sales Manager. The role is designed for individuals with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term customers. You will be the face of our projects, responsible for driving sales closures while delivering exceptional service to our homebuyers. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Lead Generation o Source and convert potentialleadsthroughmultiple channelssuch as online portals, referrals, walk-ins, and field outreach. o Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annually). o Work in collaboration with the marketing and CRM teams for effective lead follow-up. • Client Engagement & Site Management o Conduct site visits, project briefings, and offer personalized walkthroughs of properties. o Understand customerpreferences and suggestsuitable optionsfromourinventory portfolio. o Offer advisory inputs on investment, location, and pricing trends. • Sales Closure & Negotiation o Prepare proposals, assist in price negotiations, and close deals professionally. o Maintain complete dealdocumentation and ensure a smooth handoverto post-sales teams. • Market Intelligence o Stay updated on micro-market trends, competing projects, and customersentiment. o Provide feedback to the sales head and marketing team for product and pricing alignment. • CustomerRelationshipManagement o Build rapportwith clients, ensuring long-term relationships and generating referrals. o Provide after-salessupport and coordinate with internaldepartmentsto address any buyer queries. Required Skills & Abilities: • Highly self-motivated with a target-driven mindset • Strong interpersonaland client-handling skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Strong time management and organizationalskills • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems • Real estate experience preferred; freshers with strong sales drive will also be considered
