About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to lead our digital acquisition strategy. This role will own end-to-end performance marketing across channels, drive high-quality lead generation, optimize ROI, and scale campaigns to support aggressive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Own customer acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and other paid channels
• Drive lead generation, conversions, and CAC optimization

2. Campaign Management & Optimization

• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, Social, and Retargeting
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
• Run A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments

3. Data & Analytics

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
• Build dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly performance tracking
• Drive data-backed decisions to improve funnel efficiency and conversion rates

4. Lead Quality & Revenue Alignment

• Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to ensure high-quality lead flow
• Track lead-to-sale conversion metrics and optimize accordingly
• Align campaigns with revenue targets and business priorities

5. Budget & ROI Management

• Manage and allocate large marketing budgets efficiently
• Ensure optimal ROI, CAC reduction, and revenue contribution
• Forecast and track performance against monthly/quarterly targets

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage external agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative, product, and tech teams for campaign execution
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and performance improvements

7. Innovation & Growth Initiatives

• Identify and experiment with new channels, tools, and growth hacks
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Drive automation and AI-led campaign optimization where possible

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6–10 years in Performance/Digital Marketing
• Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns (₹50L+ monthly preferred)
• Strong expertise in:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
• Experience in lead generation-focused businesses (Real Estate / BFSI / EdTech preferred)
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and CRM integration
