Role Overview

The Home Loan Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, consultation, and loan processing while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a balance of telecalling, client engagement, and business development, with strong emphasis on achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Telecalling (Approx. 60% of role)

• Engage potential customers through outbound calls.

• Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule client appointments.

2. Client Consultation

• Meet prospective homebuyers to assess requirements and financial eligibility.

• Advise clients on suitable home loan products, repayment options, and processes.

• Clearly explain application procedures, required documentation, and timelines.

3. Loan Application & Processing

• Assist clients in completing applications accurately.

• Collect, verify, and evaluate financial documents (income statements, credit reports, tax returns, etc.).

• Coordinate with lenders to ensure smooth and timely loan approvals and disbursals.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Provide continuous support and updates to clients throughout the loan process.

• Address queries related to loan terms, EMIs, or repayment structures.

• Build and leverage relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and developers for lead referrals.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and legal requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments to reduce defaults and safeguard loan integrity.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions.

6. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan products.

• Drive new business opportunities through campaigns, events, and partnerships.

• Share insights on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences with management.
