Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Handle hiring across departments and levels as per organizational requirements.

Job Posting & Talent Sourcing

• Create compelling job postings and publish across portals, company website, and social media.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, job fairs, and external agencies.

Screening & Interviewing

• Review applications and conduct initial screening calls.

• Shortlist and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

• Understand hiring needs, team structures, and job specifications.

• Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.

Candidate Experience Management

• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

• Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Management

• Draft and extend job offers.

• Negotiate terms and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and legal standards.

Onboarding Support

• Facilitate the onboarding process including induction, documentation, and system setup.

• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth joining experience.

Database Management

• Maintain an up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Build and manage a talent pipeline for future requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

• Use analytics to optimize hiring strategies.

Employer Branding & Outreach

• Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry events.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate and enhance recruitment practices regularly.

• Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and sourcing strategies.
