Job Title: Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance (Inter CA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inter CA professional to support core finance operations, including accounting, compliance, reporting, and business finance. This role requires strong fundamentals, a high level of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multi-entity exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage end-to-end accounting and ensure accurate bookkeeping across entities
• Handle bookkeeping for international entities, specifically Dubai & Qatar operations
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Finalization of monthly financials with proper schedules and supporting
• Perform general ledger scrutiny and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of books

2. Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Assist in return filings and handling notices/assessments
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits

3. Budgeting, MIS & Analysis

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for management
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Analyze financial data to generate actionable business insights

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Monitor receivables and payables to ensure timely collections and payments
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain strong control over working capital cycles

5. Fixed Assets & Controls

• Maintain and manage the Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
• Ensure proper capitalization, depreciation accounting, and asset tracking
• Support internal audits and strengthen financial controls
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure SOP adherence

Key Requirements

• Qualification: Inter CA (IPCC) cleared
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
• Experience in handling multi-entity or international accounting is a plus
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP systems)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Preferred Industry Experience

• Real Estate / Construction / NBFC / Startups / Consulting firms

Compensation

• CTC: ₹7–9 LPA (based on experience and fit)
