Job Title: Assistant Manager – Home Loans Strategy Department: Home Loans Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai Minimum Experience: 3+ Years Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical professional to join our Home Loans Department as -an Assistant Manager - Home Loans Strategy. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, process governance, business reporting, productivity management, andfinancial coordination across the Home Loans vertical. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, effective lead utilization, process standardization, and seamless coordination between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities Home Loans  Manage and monitor the complete Home Loan lead lifecycle from lead allocation to disbursement.  Track loan applications, sanctions, disbursements, collections, and closures.  Take Daily Huddle with the Home Loans Team to understand their day to day plan andunderstand their daily plans and aligned Logins and Disbursement.  Ensure timely resolution of operational discrepancies and reporting gaps.  Monitor lead utilization and support efficient lead distribution planning. Process Management & Governance  Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures across the Home Loans business.  Identify process gaps, lead leakages, and operational inefficiencies.  Drive corrective actions and process improvements to strengthen business controls.  Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and reporting standards. MIS, Productivity & Reporting.  Maintain business dashboards and performance trackers.  Reconcile business data across CRM, Sales MIS, and operational reports.  Generate actionable insights to support management decision-making.  Ensure accuracy and consistency in all business reporting. Financial & Incentive Management  Track non-collected and non-invoiced loan cases on a monthly basis and coordinate for timely closures.  Support Home Loan P&L reporting through regular data validation and reconciliation.  Manage NDC-related activities, including incentive release and recovery tracking.  Calculate and validate monthly incentives for Home Loan employees.  Coordinate with Finance and Business teams for reporting and operational requirements.

Business Productivity & Improvement Initiatives  Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.  Drive initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy, productivity, and process efficiency.  Support implementation of business controls to ensure zero lead leakage and accurateperformance tracking. Key Deliverables  Accurate and timely Home Loan MIS reporting.  Zero lead leakage across Home Loan Vertical.  Effective lead allocation and utilization management.  Timely and error-free incentive calculations.  Accurate reconciliation of business and financial data.  Improved productivity through process optimization and operational controls.  Reliable reporting for management reviews and business planning.
