Job Title: Video Editor / Senior Video Editor (designation to be finalized based on experience)

Location: Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur)

Role Objective

PropertyPistol is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with our brand, marketing, and business objectives.
The role focuses on editing, motion storytelling, and visual consistency across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, brand films, project showcases, internal communications, and corporate presentations.
Assemble raw footage, apply transitions, sound design, color correction, and final output optimization.
Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, etc.).

2. Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement

Create and integrate basic to intermediate motion graphics, text animations, lower thirds, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency with PropertyPistol’s brand guidelines.

3. Content Adaptation & Platform Optimization

Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content such as reels, shorts, teasers, and promotional snippets.
Customize video formats based on platform requirements and audience behavior.

4. AI & Emerging Video Technologies

Exposure to or willingness to work with AI-powered video and creative tools, including:
- AI-assisted video editing, background removal, captioning, and enhancement tools
- AI-generated video elements, subtitles, or visual effects
Ability to experiment with new tools to improve turnaround time and creative output.

5. Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with marketing, branding, sales, and leadership teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality video content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Relevant experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role (experience level to be finalized).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is a strong advantage
Creative Skills: Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audio-visual synchronization.
AI Exposure: Willingness to adopt AI-based video editing and enhancement tools.
Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
Mindset: High learning agility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location & Shift: Based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai; comfortable with a 6-day work week.
