Role Objective:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join our Admin team in Navi Mumbai
as a Receptionist/Guest Relation Executive. The role is designed for individuals with a passion for
real estate who enjoys interacting with people, maintains a polished front-desk presence, and
ensures smooth day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and clients with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Manage front-desk operations, incoming calls, and general inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office functioning
• Maintain visitor logs, records, and basic administrative documentation
• Support day-to-day office and reception-related activities
Required Skills & Abilities:
 Highly self-motivated mindset
 Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
 Strong time management and organizational skills
 Excellent communication & basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling)
 Prior experience as a receptionist, front-desk executive, or GRE preferred
