City Head - Syndicate
Role Overview
The Syndicate City Head – Mumbai will lead PropertyPistol’s broker aggregation and channel-driven sales ecosystem across the Mumbai region. This role demands a highly experienced real estate professional who can drive aggressive growth, manage developer relationships, expand channel partner networks, and lead a large, field-intensive team across Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kandivali. Deep real estate exposure is compulsory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
Drive end-to-end P&L for the Syndicate vertical across the Mumbai region.
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets through structured city-level strategies.
Identify and tap into high-potential micro-markets across Central, Western, and Thane belts.
2. Channel Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
Expand the broker and IPC network across Mumbai, with strong presence in Thane and Kandivali corridors.
Conduct frequent partner visits, inventory briefings, and activation programs across the city.
Strengthen partner productivity and drive repeat business through structured engagement.
Ensure adherence to PropertyPistol’s compliance, quality standards, and processes.
3. Leadership & Team Development
Lead a large team of Syndicate Managers, Partner Success Executives, and Relationship Managers across multiple zones.
Conduct weekly reviews, territory planning, field shadowing, and performance tracking.
Drive on-ground discipline and promote a high-performance sales culture.
4. Developer, Project & Market Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers in Mumbai, Thane, and Western Suburbs.
Ensure a strong project pipeline and support developer events, launches, and RNR campaigns.
Conduct continuous market intelligence and competitor benchmarking for strategic actions.
5. Operational Excellence
Ensure rigorous funnel management—partner acquisition, CP activation, lead flow, site visits, and conversions.
Maintain 100% CRM adoption and SOP adherence across the team.
Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Mandate, Finance, CRM, and other cross-functional teams.
6. Travel & Mobility
Extensive daily field travel is mandatory across:
Thane
Kandivali
Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) clusters
Role demands high mobility and strong on-ground presence across both Western and Central lines.
Key Skills & Competencies
Real estate experience is compulsory.
Strong expertise in channel partner–driven sales within Mumbai’s real estate ecosystem.
Excellent networking and relationship management with brokers and developers.
Proven leadership in managing large field teams.
Analytical, data-driven decision maker with a strong execution mindset.
Ability to manage multiple micro-markets and maintain high field visibility.
Qualifications
Graduate/PG preferred.
10–15+ years of real estate experience with strong exposure to channel sales in Mumbai.
Experience leading a city/region with P&L ownership is preferred.
