About the Role

The Assistant Sales Manager – Syndicate will be responsible for driving business through Channel Partners (brokers/agents). The role requires strong relationship-building, revenue ownership, on-ground activation, and consistent follow-up to ensure closures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Management

  • Acquire, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners in the assigned territory.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with CPs to ensure continuous business flow.
  • Conduct regular CP visits, training sessions, and project briefings.

2. Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Meet monthly revenue and booking targets.
  • Drive lead penetration and follow-up with CPs to push active mandates and inventory.
  • Track CP performance and ensure maximum participation in live mandates.

3. Market Intelligence

  • Map competitor activities, pricing, and project launches.
  • Identify new micro-markets, CP clusters, and business opportunities.
  • Share weekly market insights with the Syndicate leadership team.

4. Sales Operations

  • Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and CP-assisted closures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, booking forms, and CRM updates.
  • Work closely with project teams, CRM, and finance for smooth booking-to-handover processes.

5. Mandate & Project Engagement

  • Promote PropertyPistol’s mandate projects among CPs.
  • Resolve CP queries related to inventory, pricing, commissions, and availability.
  • Ensure high CP engagement during project launches and promotional campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong networking & relationship management
  • Negotiation and revenue-focused approach
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to understand real estate inventory and micro-markets
  • Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools

Qualification

  • Graduation required; MBA preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate, BFSI sales, or Channel Partner management is an advantage
